1. About bhasmaartibooking.com
bhasmaartibooking.com (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”, or “the Website”) is an independent informational publisher. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Shri Mahakaleshwar Mandir Prabandh Samiti, the Mahakaleshwar Temple Trust, the Government of Madhya Pradesh, or any government body. All references to temple names are descriptive only.
2. Nature of the Product
The product sold on this website is a digital PDF guidebook (also referred to as “ebook”, “guide”, “playbook”, or “manual”) titled The Mahakal Devotee’s Insider Playbook. This is an information product — not a ticket, not a reservation, not a booking confirmation, not a pass, and not a service.
The buyer is responsible for booking their own Bhasma Aarti slot at the official portal www.shrimahakaleshwar.mp.gov.in using the instructions provided in the guide. We do not act as agents, intermediaries, or facilitators of any temple booking, payment, or pass issuance.
3. Delivery
After successful payment, the PDF guide is delivered automatically by email to the buyer’s registered email address, and is also available for download on the post-purchase thank-you page. Delivery is typically instant; in rare cases of email server delay, the PDF may take up to 24 hours.
4. No Refunds for Digital Downloads
Because the product is a digital download that is delivered instantly and cannot be “returned”, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued after delivery, except in the following limited cases:
- The buyer never received the PDF (delivery failure verifiable on our end), and the issue cannot be resolved within 7 days of payment.
- The PDF file is corrupted and cannot be opened on standard PDF viewers (Adobe, Apple Preview, Google Drive), and we are unable to provide a working copy.
Refund requests on the grounds of “I thought this was a booking ticket” will not be entertained. The product nature is clearly stated on the homepage, product banner, checkout page, thank-you page, and the PDF itself. Buyers acknowledge by purchasing that they understand they are buying an informational guide.
5. Use of the Guide
The guide is licensed for personal use by the buyer and their immediate household. Public redistribution, reupload, resale, or commercial use of any portion of the guide is prohibited. We retain all copyright and moral rights to the content.
6. Accuracy & Liability
The information in the guide is based on the author’s personal pilgrimage experience and reflects conditions accurate as of the publication date. Booking windows, prices, gate procedures, festival rules, and other operational details at Shri Mahakaleshwar Mandir may change without notice. We update the guide periodically but make no warranty that all information is current or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (financial, time, opportunity, emotional, or otherwise) arising from a buyer’s use or misuse of the guide.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.
