What you are buying
The product on this website is a digital PDF guide (also called “ebook” or “playbook”). It is information, not a booking ticket, not a reservation, not a service. You will book your own Bhasma Aarti slot on the official portal www.shrimahakaleshwar.mp.gov.in using the instructions in the guide.
All Sales Final β Digital Product Policy
Because the PDF is delivered instantly to your email and cannot be returned or “un-downloaded”, all sales are final and we do not issue refunds after delivery. By completing the purchase you confirm that you understand and accept this.
When We Will Make It Right
We will work with you in good faith if any of the following happen within 7 days of purchase:
- You never received the PDF email. Check Spam first. If still missing, write to support@bhasmaartibooking.com with your payment ID β we will resend.
- The PDF file is corrupted. We will send a fresh copy.
- You were double-charged by Razorpay. We will refund the duplicate charge after Razorpay confirms it.
What Is Not a Refund Reason
- “I thought this was a booking ticket / temple pass” β the PDF nature is stated clearly on the homepage, checkout page, thank-you page, and inside the PDF. Read these before purchase.
- “I did not use the guide” β digital products cannot be returned once delivered.
- “I changed my pilgrimage plan” β your travel changes are not our responsibility.
- “The guide did not personally help me get a slot” β the guide teaches the booking method. Slot availability on www.shrimahakaleshwar.mp.gov.in is controlled by the temple, not us.
